OFFICER COLCLOUGH'S VOLUNTARY STATEMENT

Officer Joshua Colclough gave a voluntary statement this afternoon to Public Integrity Bureau and Homicide detectives regarding the fatal shooting on Prentiss Avenue on March 8th. His statement was also witnessed by members of the Independent Police Monitor’s Office. Because this is an on-going, criminal investigation, we cannot release details of Officer Colclough’s statement.
