Healthy Start New Orleans is pleased to announce that it has been refunded by the Health Resources and Services Administration for an additional five (5) years. HSNO will continue to operate under the umbrella and leadership the New Orleans Health Department. Charlotte Parent, RN, Project Manager for HSNO noted that “this is a tribute to the mothers who have been our participants and the community partners who have worked with us to make our program responsive to the needs of the mothers and children in our community.”
