How do I report a pothole?

You can call 311 between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday to report a pothole. The 311 Customer Service Agent will record the location of the pothole and issue you a ticket number. That ticket will then be sent to the Department of Public Works’ Maintenance Division to evaluate and address. There are currently two Pothole Killer trucks responding to requests to fill potholes. The trucks operate in District A on Monday, District B on Tuesday, District C on Wednesday, District D on Thursday and District E on Friday.
