In 2014, there will be no major changes to your Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. Copay, coinsurance, and deductibles will stay the same.
However, due to expected increases in overall healthcare costs, for many employees and retirees, payroll contributions toward health insurance premiums will increase.

Participation in the Wellness Program can save employees $180 to $360 per year off of their health care premium contributions.
