Once you've enrolled in the Real Appeal program, you'll select a day of the week and time for your weekly online sessions. Be sure to select a session that works for your schedule, so that every week, at the same day and time, you'll be able to join a team of participants and your Real Appeal Coach for a 30 minute group session.
