The MDM app supports a variety of phones and tablets. The current list of approved devices can be found here, http://nola.gov/iti/mobile-devices/device-list/
For employees using a City-owned device that is not supported by the MDM, you will need to work with your Department’s purchasing representative to procure a new device. If your device, whether City-owned or personally-owned, is on the approved list, please confirm you are ready to register and proceed to Step 2: REGISTER.
Your new phone is active and you can browse the internet.
Any City email accounts have been removed.
Wireless is turned off.
You’ve created an App Store or Play Store account and its username and password is readily available.
Proceed to Step 2: REGISTER
