The New Orleans Fire Department (NOFD), in conjunction with the Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Louisiana State Fire Marshal made an arrest in the fire that resulted in a six-alarm blaze in the 1000 block of Canal St. early this morning.
