Rononeal “Ryan” Hickman, 32, is wanted for Second Degree Murder. He is wanted for the Murder of 24-year-old Rodney Johnson. The incident occurred May 21, 2014 at approximately 1:48 P.M., in the 2800 block of Milan Street.
Police received a call of a man shot, and upon their arrival found the man shot lying on the ground in the rear yard of a house. He was transported to the hospital where he died.
Through the course of the investigation, Homicide Detective Tanisha Sykes identified Hickman as the suspect and issued an Arrest Warrant for Second Degree Murder that was signed by a Magistrate Judge.

An accessory after the fact may be tried and punished, notwithstanding the fact that the principal felon may not have been arrested, tried, convicted, or amenable to justice.
Whoever becomes an accessory after the fact shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned, with or without hard labor, for not more than five years, or both; provided that in no case shall his punishment be greater than one-half of the maximum provided by law for a principal offender.
