Suspect Sought in Broadview Seafood Burglary

NEW ORLEANS, LA - The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating an unknown male wanted in connection with a Business Burglary that occurred on December 22, 2014, at the Broadview Seafood located at 1469 North Broad Street.

Joint NOPD and Louisiana State Police task force nets 17 stolen vehicles and five arrests

NEW ORLEANS, LA—A joint NOPD and Louisiana State Police (LSP) task force recovered 17 stolen vehicles, three stolen U-Haul dollies and made five arrests in a three-day operation targeting occupied and unoccupied stolen vehicles across the city.

NEW ORLEANS, LA - The NOPD is investigating a fatality that left a 37-year-old woman dead.  The incident occurred last night, shortly before 9:30 p.m., near the I-10W/Morrison Road exit.

NEW ORLEANS, LA, -  The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for 23-year-old Andrew Hunter Jr, in connection with a sexual assault of a 7-year-old girl. The incident occurred on Friday, October 17, 2014 in the 1700 block of Franklin Avenue.
