BottomLineSTAT is a program consisting of monthly meetings where City leaders and managers review key performance results related to City revenue collection and cost containment efforts.
Managers use the data from BottomLineSTAT to identify solutions, make adjustments, and improve overall performance.
In BottomLineSTAT, the Office of Performance and Accountability works with departments to develop performance measures and targets, prepares the analyses and reports, coordinates the public meetings, and follows up on identified action items to improve performance.
Departments that present data and analysis at BottomLineSTAT include:
Bureau of Accounting
Emergency Medical Services
Equipment Maintenance Division
Department of Finance
Office of Information Technology and Innovation
Bureau of Revenue
Department of Sanitation
