VCC Forms & Documents
The VCC has partnered with the ONE STOP SHOP to use the same application process. All applications can be made through the One Stop App. The VCC staff will no longer accept emailed, faxed or hand delivered applications; please go through the One Stop Shop App to make all applications.
Below are links to the forms to request an inspection by the VCC inspector, appeal a VCC decision to the City Council, request public records, and a list of requirements for an 8.1 change of use hearing.
Please note that the following documents are in PDF format, which require Adobe Reader to view.
- To request an inspection by the VCC Building Inspector for any property causing concerns or with violations.
City Council Appeal
- To appeal any decision of the full Commission, please submit this written request to the VCC and Clerk of Council within 30 days of the VCC decision.
Public Records Request Form
- Submit for access to the VCC records and property files.
8.1 Change of Use Submittal Requirements
- For information regarding necessary documents for review of a change of use.
