Setting up your new pay-by-phone account is simple. You will need:
Once your account is set up, simply follow the prompts to enter in the meter “parking zone” number. See image at the right of where to identify the “parking zone” number. Using the new pay-by-phone feature requires a $.35 per transaction fee, in addition to the meter space rental. Expect an e-mail confirmation when your account is set up, e-mail confirmation that your payment was accepted and a notification text/e-mail 15-minutes prior to the meter expiring to remind you to add time to the meter rental or to complete your transaction so you can return to your vehicle.
