Healthy Hero

Congratulations to our January's Healthy Hero: Tiffany Aidoo

Fit NOLA, Whole Foods Market New Orleans external linkAthleta external link and Rock 'N' Roll Marathon external link are proud to announce Tiffany Aidoo January's Healthy Hero.

At the age of five, sports were introduced to Tiffany as a way to connect with friends. Little did she know she was learning her strengths, weaknesses and most importantly ways to collaborate with her community as a whole. This experience became her mentor.

Tiffany excelled on many levels. Earned good grades, built and maintained great relationships, earned a collegiate basketball scholarship to Tulane. Those opportunities led her to the current position in the Mayor's Office as the NOLA FOR LIFE Program Manager overseeing Midnight Basketball and Mentoring and Personal Training Certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Tiffany aspires to share the importance of sport and movement in the development of an individual's best self. She believes it's an opportunity to discover yourself and learn from the experiences of others.
