A Guide to Primary Care Resources in the Greater New Orleans Area

This guide contains information on health centers that provide primary care regardless of whether someone has health insurance or the ability to pay out of pocket for health care. The guide also contains resources for getting health insurance.

504 HealthNet

504HealthNet is a non-profit organization comprised of 19 community health service providers representing the primary care safety net for Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, and Plaquemines Parishes.

Download 504HealthNet's Guide to Community Health Care in Greater New Orleans. The Guide has detailed profiles of over 50 community health centers in the Greater New Orleans area. These clinics provide services like adult and pediatric primary care, vision, gynecology and obstetrics, dentistry, psychiatry, and podiatry.
