The fourth Coffee On Your Corner (COYC) forum of 2014 was held on Tuesday, September 16th in District D at the JuJu Bag Café located at 5363 Franklin Ave. The guest speaker and main topic for Coffee On Your Corner was newly appointed New Orleans Police Department Interim Superintendent Michael Harrison. Chief Harrison offered remarks about the state of the New Orleans Police Department and addressed many concerns from meeting attendees.
Coffee on Your Corner is an information session during normal business hours for residents to hear about city programs, initiatives and operations directly from City officials and representatives in an informal setting at local venues in their neighborhoods.
The next Coffee On Your Corner will be held on Tuesday, November 11th in District E.
