City Assisted Evacuation assists Orleans Parish residents and tourists who cannot self-evacuate during a mandatory City-wide evacuation by providing transportation from designated City evacuation pick-up points to a central transportation and medical triage facility for outbound evacuation to State or Federal shelters.

All Orleans Parish residents who need evacuation assistance should enter their information below. This is not a guarantee of help.
