Man Missing From Algiers

September 03, 2013

(September 03, 2013) – Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating 49-year-old Thuy Do, who was last seen on Monday, September 02, 2013, at about 4:00P.M., leaving his residence in the 4300 block of Joycelyn Drive.

Mr. Do was last seen leaving his home possibly going to a nearby convenience store. Do’s brother has become increasingly concerned over his whereabouts because he suffers from a mental disorder and he may be in need of his medication. This is the first time in ten years he has gone missing and has not been seen or heard from.

Thuy Do is described as an Asian Male, 5’04” tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds. Do was last seen wearing a tan pant and a plaid shirt.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Thuy Do is asked to call the New Orleans Police Department at 821-2222.
