Savalas Richardson 12-11-95, 17, is wanted for the Murder of Marvin Fields.  The Murder took place November 21, 2013 at approximately 10:00 P.M., in the 1700 block of Reynes Street.

New Orleans Police Department’s Fatality Unit are investigating a Hit and Run car incident that left a 2-year-old boy in critical condition and his aunt, a 28-year-old woman dead in New Orleans East.
