Pay Tickets

Paying tickets is easy, but you must choose the right payment option for the ticket you received. Find the image of the ticket that looks like the one you received and select the payment option next to it.

Parking tickets

You will need your notice number, citation number or your license plate number to pay a parking ticket. Please allow up to two business days for your ticket to appear in the system.

Please note that while you may view a Safety Camera Ticket on this service, you may not pay a Safety Camera Ticket from this page.

Contesting parking ticket citations 

Parking tickets may be contested in person at the Administrative Hearing Center, located at 1300 Perdido St., Rm1W09 on or before the date indicated on the face of the ticket. The Administrative Hearing Center is open from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The ticket writer (for parking citations only) will attend the hearing, if requested, on the originally scheduled date indicated on the face of the citation. During in-person hearings, citizens may bring additional evidence or documentation with them to support their claim.

Contesting photo safety citations in person

In-person hearings provide citizens the opportunity to contest a photo safety citation, on a scheduled day. To request a hearing to contest a photo safety ticket, sign the coupon on the reserve side of your citation and mail it, along with the corresponding bar code, to:

Details of the hearing date will be mailed to the address on file with the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles. Hearing dates are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hearings will not be scheduled between Noon and 1 p.m.
