The St. Bernard Neighborhood Campus Project will integrate green infrastructure and recreation improvements at McDonogh 35 High School and Willie Hall Playground. The design uses innovative resilience strategies including green and grey infrastructure to strengthen the overall stormwater system and reduce the risk of flooding by creating spaces to capture rainwater in the urban landscape.
