An Adult Services license is required for anyone providing services or goods that fall into the following business categories:

  • Adult Book Store
  • Escort
  • Escort Service Operator
  • Escort Service Telephone Operator

Fees

  • Adult Book Store: $2,500.25 (Adult literature, videos, etc)
  • Escort: $250.00
  • Escort Service Operator: $500.00
  • Escort Service Telephone Operator: $250.00
