Photo safety citations may be contested via in-person hearing, on a scheduled day. To request a hearing to contest a photo safety ticket, sign the coupon on the reserve side of your citation and mail it (along with the corresponding bar code) to:

Details of the hearing date will be mailed to the address on file with the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles. Hearing dates are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hearings will not be scheduled between Noon and 1 p.m.
