Get Boot Removed from my Vehicle

Vehicles with three or more outstanding parking violation(s), more than 90 days old, are eligible for booting and towing by the City.

Boots will be removed when payment for outstanding parking violation(s) are rendered.

Payment to remove boots can be made by:

• Calling the Boot Release telephone number at 504-599-5652.
• Visiting the Administrative Hearing Center at 1340 Poydras Street, Ste. 1100 from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
• Visiting the Cashiering Office at 400 N. Claiborne Ave., from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
