Two New Orleans EMS Employees Win Recognition from Braun Ambulance Company

On June 23, 2014, Braun Ambulance Company released the names of the winners of their 2014 Truly Dedicated contest, and two New Orleans EMS employees received recognition for their outstanding dedication to EMS.  Lt. Liz Belcher, who is over community outreach and public information, tied for first place, and Maj. Becky Benelli, the division’s Administrative Liaison and VIGOR Volunteer Coordinator, was awarded as the runner up.

Braun hosted the contest through their social media sites during the month of May, and the public was asked to nominate both women and veterans serving in EMS systems throughout the country who they felt exemplified a dedication to the patients they treat, the public they serve, and the field of EMS in general.  To see the Braun press release in its entirety, visit http://www.braunambulances.com/braun-ambulances-truly-dedicated-contest-winners-announced/.
