The City of New Orleans today announced the confirmation of Howard E. “Trey” Nobles as the Director of the Department of Property Management. Nobles was appointed as Acting Director of Property Management in January and was unanimously confirmed by the New Orleans City Council today, May 2. The City of New Orleans today announced that starting Wednesday, May 1 at 9 a.m., the Department of Public Works (DPW), in close coordination with the Louisiana Department of Transportation (LaDOTD) will close the eastbound right lane, along the stretch of I-610 between Paris Avenue and the Elysian Fields Avenue off-ramp.
