On April 6, City Council passed a law that directly affects existing RSTR and ISTR permit holders. All RSTR and ISTR permits will expire on August 31, 2023. RSTR permit applications and renewal application fees will be prorated given this new expiration date.

As many of you know, the City Council enacted substantial changes to the City’s Short Term Rental (STR) laws on March 23, 2023.
