The STR Administration is aware that the online One Stop App application process is currently unavailable to applicants. We deeply regret this inconvenience and are working with our web portal provider to remedy the issue as soon as possible. Our team remains available in person for questions or for check or money order payments in person on the 8th floor of 1340 Poydras St.
We will follow up shortly with additional updates as more information becomes available.
