Industrial Development Board (IDB)
Finance Authority of New Orleans (FANO)
These agencies can structure Payments-in-Lieu-of-Taxes as an incentive for economic development. FANO has expertise in affordable housing and has an agreement with the City to provide incentives to developments subject to Mandatory Inclusionary Zoning. Program requirements include local hire and DBE compliance.
