Mayor LaToya Cantrell welcomes many groups of visitors to the City of New Orleans by presenting them with a formal welcome letter.
Welcome letters may be drafted for:
Request forms must be submitted at least 10 business days before you would like to receive a welcome letter.
If your event falls outside of these parameters, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a welcome letter.
Welcome letters will be sent out electronically (as a PDF document attached to an email). If you would like a hard copy of a welcome letter, please respond to the email that contains the electronic copy of the letter or call our office at 504-658-4945.
