The Office Of Homeless Services And Strategy aims to connect individuals and families experiencing homelessness with the resources they need to regain stability. Our agency coordinates with shelters, food assistance programs, healthcare clinics, and other service providers across the city to offer support to our unhoused neighbors.
Through street outreach and community partnerships, we make critical services more visible and accessible. Our goal is to meet people where they are and provide compassionate guidance to emergency housing, nutritious meals, medical care, and long-term aid. We equip those we serve with information on the range of programs available so they can get connected to care that suits their unique needs and situation.
