Event Rules & Regulations

The Department of Parks and Parkways oversees and schedules all photography sessions, weddings, film shooting, and other events that take place on City-owned public property, which includes regional and neighborhood parks, squares, the neutral ground, and more. Anyone interested in using public parks and parkways for formal events must follow City guidelines and apply for appropriate permits, where applicable.
