Outside Employment Database

City Council Motion M-22-235 directs the CAO's office to publish and maintain a searchable database of City employees who are authorized for outside employment pursuant to CAO Policies 121 and 13 l(R) and who are in one of the following categories:

1. Employees who have served on a procurement selection committee during the prior two years,
2. Employees who are department directors, or
3. Employees who are otherwise responsible for awarding contracts exceeding $50,000.
