You may complete your documents and bring it to the Department of Civil Service office or email it to the Management Services division (be sure to sign the appeal form).

Note:  If you are appealing an action by an appointing authority based upon discrimination or if you are invoking Civil Service's Rules pertaining to whistleblower protections, you must include specific information with your appeal.

Documents for Request for Proposal

The Civil Service Commission is currently seeking to contract with attorneys to serve as hearing officers at employee disciplinary hearings and court reporters to attend and transcribe these hearings. The deadline to submit applications is March 29, 2024. Applications may be emailed to Christina.Carroll@nola.gov or delivered to the Civil Service office at 1340 Poydra Street, Suite 900, New Orleans, LA 70112.
