NEW ORLEANS — The City of New Orleans today announced the launch of the newly formed Office of Business & External Services (OBES) satellite program for residents. As part of a gradual rollout, OBES will provide residents an opportunity to do business with City Hall at select New Orleans Public Library locations.
“Providing residents more convenient access to City services is the definition of meeting people where they are. This is why we formed the Office of Business and External Services. We are committed to making it easier for residents to do business with the City, especially at a time when we are trying to fuel our economic recovery in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
