Introducing Allison Cormier!   She received her B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University New Orleans in 2016.  In her junior and senior years, she served as an intern in the city council office of then Councilmember LaToya Cantrell, where she gained knowledge about constituent services and various local government processes.  Most recently, Allison served as a field organizer in Algiers during Mayor Cantrell’s campaign.   She will serve in District C and can be reached at Allison.Cormier@nola.gov.

Introducing Tremon Tapp!  Born and raised in New Orleans East, he started with community organizing in 2006 to help bring economic development back to the district, which includes The CVS on Read and I-10 Service Road as well as Wendy’s on both Read and Bullard Avenue.  Mr. Tapp helped create and implement design standards for commercial retail throughout New Orleans East to make certain that the design on the exterior of the building was appealing to both neighboring businesses as well as residents of the district. Most recently, he served as an advancer during Mayor Cantrell’s campaign. He will serve in District E and can be reached at Tremon.Tapp@nola.gov.
